Our space has 35 seats, intimate with excellent acoustics. Shows are from 7-9pm. Customers come to watch music, and are very close to the stage. 

Send us a 16w x 9h photo and brief biography as soon as you can. We manage the ticketing and create events on Locarius.io and Facebook 1 month before the event, and a poster for inside the cafe.

Let us know what you will charge for cover (typically $10-$25).

• 15% is deducted from the cover charge to cover the Locarius fees and a small bit for the cafe to help cover promotion. 

• We will also give you a promo code so friends and family can purchase tickets for free.

• When the event is over we'll etransfer the cover charges to you. Let us know if there is a different email to use for the etransfer. 

• HST Is not charged unless you request it via invoice.

The Facebook event is shared on the St. John's Events Groups and featured on our weekly events list

• We will send you the links so please do some promotion within your own circles to ensure maximum attendance. 

• We may upload photos and videos of your show afterwards to the Facebook event. 

Our space is intimate and only gentle amplification is required. We have speakers, sound board, bass amp, DI box, music stand, condenser mic, 2 standard mics & 3 stands that you can use.

Best to show up by 6:00 latest to get setup and do sound check.

Our stage can hold 3 performers, maximum 4.

Please plan for a 5-10 min break between 2 sets.

And finally to be kind to our staff and our neighbors in the building we ask that shows end at 9:00, or no later than 9:15.
